Everyone knows how much the Belles LOVE all things Tropical Traditions . Well we have a NEW favorite- their super healthy & super yummy Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens . They are available in berry or mint flavor and are the PERFECT healthy addition to your smoothie, yogurt, protein shake, or just mixed with hot or cold water. Keep reading to find out how you can win your own Tropical Traditions Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens!

Tropical Traditions Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens :
Tropical Traditions Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens are a delicious and easy way to help you get your 5-9 servings of fruit & vegetables every day! The Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens :  supports nutrition, digestion, circulation & immunity, contains 2600mg Organic Flax & Organic Flax Lignans per serving, rich in ALA Omega 3, provides dark green plants, herbs, spices, natural food concentrates, and nutritious fruits and vegetables to help meet your daily requirements, supplies a rich blend of totally natural vitamins, minerals, plant enzymes, antioxidants, phytonutrients and symbiotic intestinal flora for optimal energy metabolism, digestion, detoxification, and immune enhancement, and contain NO preservatives and NO MSG.

I LOVE adding a scoop to my green smoothie- the berry taste allows me to use more vegi’s in my smoothie and not as much fruit- which is higher in calories & sugar. Tropical Traditions Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens contains only 42 calories!!!! What a quick, easy, healthy way to get more greens into your diet. I love that it is packed full of healthy ingredients like: Spirulina, Chlorella, Apple Fiber Pectin, Certified Organic Flax Seed Blend, Trace Minerals, and more!!! It easily mixes with just water, so its great for travelling, camping, or anytime you may not be able to get in as many greens as you’d like!

My favorite Green Smoothie Recipe:
~1 scoop Tropical Traditions  Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens, Berry
~1 scoop vanilla protein powder
~handful kale, spinach, or other leafy greens
~handful broccoli
~1 cup frozen grapes, melon, or any other fruit you have handy
~1 tsp Tropical Traditions Organic Raw Honey
~water or milk as desired for consistency

*blend and enjoy! You can add or subtract ingredients depending what you have on hand.I have used banana instead of grapes or melon, added avocado, cilantro, or romaine lettuce. All were yummy!

Tropical Traditions offers a huge line of products including coconut flour, Canadian raw honey, coconut hair oil (which both DH & I use and love!), coconut peanut butter, whole grains, organic meats & eggs, tons of organic foods & household products, and so much MORE! All of their products are environmentally conscience. We love supporting such a wonderful environmentally friendly company!
