I LOVE hot sauce, DH & I seriously put it on everything. I also am a big fan of the smokey flavor of bacon- but I dont really eat much of it because its so fatty. DH- HUGE bacon lover! So we were ecstatic at the opportunity to review Bacon Hot Sauce. We both LOVE it. Hands down LOVE it!!!! I love that I can add authentic bacon taste to my food without having to add actual fattening (artery clogging) bacon! The taste is wonderful, smokey, rich, spicy but not overly so and adds that yummy bacon kick to all your foods!

I love using it in cooking- I tried in burgers YUM, that I topped with jack cheese on a nice whole wheat bun. I also used it my collard greens - which was AMAZING. I left the actual bacon out entirely in this batch and surprise surprise DH loved it- didnt complain or even notice that there was no actual bacon in them! Thats a score on sneaking in healthy food to DH’s diet! I also added it to the mac & cheese I made over the weekend and let me tell you -it was the best batch ever!

Tastes great on mac & cheese, greens, chicken, rice, in a bloody mary, on vegetables, you name it- its wonderful!
