Upper Body Transformer
is a thirty-six minute workout and one of the workouts included in the system that focuses on the upper body. Jennifer Nicole Lee is joined by several background exercisers, many of which who have had their own successful weight loss using the system. For the workout you will need a set of dumbbells. A modifier demonstrates the exercises using bands. A gym timer is optional to help stick with the thirty-second format, however, a countdown timer is available at the bottom of the screen.
Upper Body Transformer consists of upper body strength exercises alternated with bouts of cardio exercises. Each exercise is performed for thirty seconds. The workout consists of seven circuits. Within each circuit an upper body exercise is performed immediately followed by a cardio exercise. These two exercises are repeated three times to complete the circuit. The circuits begin with the back then move to the shoulders, biceps and triceps before finishing off with push-ups.The cardio exercises are athletic in nature and serve to get the heart rate up. Cardio exercises range from traditional jump rope and high knees to moves unique to JNL Fusion such as “Titanium Tucks”.
Upper Body Transformer is a super-effective and super-efficient circuit workout that thoroughly targets the upper body. Jennifer Nicole Lee is motivating and encouraging, offers form pointers. She coaches the participants throughout the workout as well as performing the workout.
