Seriously memory foam- heaven! I love my memory foam bed so much I had to have these shoes and let me tell you- these are the BOMB! SOOOOOO comfy! I have been wearing them in my kitchen while baking. I cant be on my feet that long in flip flops or house shoes, without my knee acting up so these are a dream come true. Easy to slip on and off perfect for around the house- but whats even better is that they are super cute so they are perfect for wearing all summer long! The dual-density Yoga Memory Foam footbed conforms to the shape of your foot, offering customized comfort. Rubber pods add traction to the EVA outsole, helping keep you steadier on your feet in slippery environments-including slippery surfaces! These are also available in solid black. The New Balance brand runs a tiny bit small- so if you are borderline opt for the larger size. The width was perfect for me and my feet are a tad on the wide side. I definitely give these 5 of 5 stars!!!!

I love the black ones so much I just might get the stripes! The Belles are avid exercisers. As such, we occasionally encounter the aches and pains that come along with rigorous exercise including: sprains, strains and overuse injuries. Anytime we encounter a problem we always employ the RICE treatment – R est, I ce, C ompression and E levation. For our minor strains and sprains, we turn to Arctic Ease . Arctic Ease is a clinically-studied reliable and effective treatment for mild to moderate aches & pains, joint and muscle pains and sprains and repetitive motion injuries. And with Arctic Ease , we are able to kill two birds with one stone.

The Arctic Ease wraps are a two-in-one solution, allowing for cryotherapy and for compression. Cryotherapy is the application of cold modalities between 32˚F and 65˚F. The Belles Wholly Shrimp Tacos:

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 lime

  1. Combine cooked shrimp with Wholly Pineapple Dip.

The Belles LOVE yummy fragrances and at the top of our list: bodycology ! Why? Because they have the most amazing scents and the most luxurious bath & body products AND at a reasonable price! I love that bodycology products are available at my local Target and many other retailers. bodycology offers a HUGE variety of body lotions, soaps, fragrance mists, and more! bodycology includes a delicious range of products that use the highest quality ingredients, long-lasting fragrance and upscale, beautiful packaging – and all at a great priceI love that their scents are very natural smelling- no chemcially scents here, and that they offer such a huge variety of scents! We had the pleasure of reviewing the following:

Blackberry Vanilla

Every one has a scent that can bring on a flood of memories more effectively than even a thousand pictures. Blackberry Vanilla, new from bodycology, tranports me back to a time, shortly after I was married and moved into my first house, a time filled with adventure and excitement. I had the pleasure of sampling Blackberry Vanilla Body Cream from bodycology. The luxurious body cream is packed with Moisturizing Aloe Vera, Shea Butter and Nourishing Vitamins E & C leaving my skin smooth and silky without being greasy. The fragrance lingers with me throughout the day, without being overpowering or overwhelming – just a sweet hint of vanilla coupled with the fruity scent of blackberries.

Wild Poppy :

Another fabulous fragrance, new from bodycology, is Wild Poppy. With a blend of jasmine and rose it is a perfect mix of florals and my favorite new scent from their new line of fragrances. The soft scent transports me back to my younger years with the sweet smells of spring time and anxiously awaiting the fun filled days of summer. I had the pleasure of sampling the Wild Body Foaming Body Wash. With Conditioning and Hydrating Honey and Aloe Vera, this luscious body wash suds up into a rich lather that leaves my skin fresh and clean with a hint of the sweet smell lingering.

In addition to the two great scents we had the pleasure of sampling, bodycology also introduced many new fragrances, including: Cloud Nine , Sunkissed Citrus , Juiced Berry , Passionfruit Punch , Tropical Escape , Mango Madness and Fresh Melon . But bodycology didn’t stop there, they also introduced a new line of products. bodycology now offers body scrubs, deodorant fragrance mists and fruity mists. I took a stroll over to my local Target had to take a look at these new products and fragrances. I was blown away. In addition to the Wild Poppy and Blackberry Vanilla, which I love, I also managed to stock my cart with Coconut Lime Twist body scrub and Exotic Cherry Blossom fragrance mist . I am going to be sitting, and smelling, pretty!

This dvd includes two workouts- one on the floor and one a standing cardio & sculpt routine. Tracey works out with 5 b/g exercisers in a nice open studio. You won’t need any equipment for these workouts and both are performed barefoot. A warmup & cooldown are also included

Total Toned Body: (26 min) This easy to follow cardio  dance & ballet toning fusion workout includes some great balance work. Exercises includes: pliet & squat pulses, plank & pike series, pike leg pulses, standing leg raises, step tap, oblique knee puls, standing crunches, and hip shifts. Tracey adds big arm movements to get the heart going.

Sleek Physique: (31 min) This Floor work routine focuses on the lower body & core. Lying ballet & pilates inspired exercises include: pilates leg variations, frog legs, pretzel, tri dip variations, table top knee pulls, donkey kick variations adding pushups, and a plank series.

I rate this a high beginner workout that is suitable for most all exercisers.  Like Tracey’s Cardio melt workout, I found it to be a very unique fusion  that flows very well together. This dvd is a great compliment to Cardio Melt with a bigger emphasis on toning.  She is an excellent and encouraging instructor and you can tell she is really having a good time in these workouts.

Review: Fuse Dance Cardio Melt
Tracey Mallett, 2012

Tracey combines elements of dance, ballet, and athletic work in both workouts on this dvd. She  works out with 3 b/g exercisers in a nice open studio. You will light dumbbells for Total Toned Body and modifications are shown in that workout. Both workouts are performed barefoot.

Interval Fat Burn: (28 min) In this cardio fusion workout Tracey performs circuits of exercises separated by higher intensity intervals. Exercises include: mambo & samba cha cha, pliet pulses & hops, hip shifts, heel taps, ride the horse, booty slap, and lunge & chest pops.

Total Toned Body: (24 min) This is a standing & floor toning routine that utilizes light weights. Exercises include:  jab & knee pulls, squat & breast stroke, skater & floor touch, side plank hip drops & snakes, and step touch & tri press. Tracey does a great job of adding big arm movements to amp up the intensity a bit.

I rate this a high beginner workout that is suitable for most all exercisers.  I found it to be a very unique fusion of several different genres that Tracey puts together seamlessly. A warmup & cooldown are also included & I felt a nice emphasis on the core. She is an excellent and encouraging instructor and you can tell she is really having a good time in these workouts.
